A full renovation, automated end to end.

The brief

Lights were being left on around the house, with no way to switch them off automatically when a room wasn't in use. The renovation was the chance to do the whole building properly.

What we did

• Lighting control throughout, with full presence detection so empty rooms switch themselves off.
• Underfloor heating and air conditioning brought onto the same system.
• Multiroom audio, plus a cinema room with 7.1.2 surround sound.
• Two custom starlit ceilings: one in the cinema room, one in the home office.
• Electric door lock and access control by code or fob, and an automated front gate on the same system.
• Full security system with cameras, alarm and monitoring station, and whole-house Wi-Fi with Starlink.

The outcome

Lighting, heating, air conditioning and audio run from one system rather than separate controls. No more lights left on.
