Whatever's happened to your system, we can usually make sense of it. No lecture about your last installer, just a clear plan to fix it.
It happens more often than you'd think. Your system still works, mostly, but there's no one left to call when something breaks or needs changing. We pick up support and take the system on from here.
No admin login, no project file, no idea what's actually programmed in. We can usually recover enough access to see what's going on and start documenting the system properly.
You've moved in and inherited someone else's smart system, with no handover and no idea what half the switches do. We work out what's there and explain it in plain terms.
Lights that don't do what they should, a heating schedule that was never set up, rooms wired but never programmed. We finish what was started, properly.
The audit is a fixed price, agreed before we start, so there's no open-ended billing while we work out what's wrong.
On the day, we carry out a full inspection of your system: the Miniserver, the wiring, the programming, and whatever documentation exists. Where none does, we recover and document what we find as we go.
You get a written report that ranks every issue by priority, in plain English, with what it would cost to fix each one. From there, if you want to go ahead, we give you a fixed-price quote for the remediation work itself, so you know the full cost before committing to anything. The audit fee is separate and doesn't count against that quote.
Find your system in the price list below. Agreed before we start, no open-ended billing.

This is one of the most common situations we see. You don't need to track down the original installer, or find another one in the traditional sense. We audit what's there, recover access where needed, and take over support and future work. Book an audit and we'll tell you honestly what state the system's in and what it costs to move forward.
Yes. Most of our rescue work is on systems someone else designed or installed. We don't need to have fitted the original wiring or written the first version of the programming to take over support. The audit gets us up to speed regardless of who built it.
We're based in Widnes and cover the North West as standard, with further travel available by arrangement.
