Loxone design, programming and commissioning in North West England.
We specify every system and integration the building needs, and speak with your trades early so everything is compatible. Your electrician gets full schematic plans to wire the whole job, knowing where everything goes.
Off site, we program as much as possible in advance. The control cabinet is prebuilt, tested and packaged ready for your electrician, or one of ours, with full instructions and cable schedules. Nothing is left to work out on site.
Once the cabinet and devices are wired in, we're on site for testing and handover, checking every circuit, device, scene and schedule works as intended, then training whoever will use the system. Support carries on after handover.
Every cabinet is built, programmed and tested in our workshop before it goes anywhere near your walls.
Your electrician, or one of ours, fits the cabling and hardware. We handle the design, programming, commissioning and ongoing support.
Before
After

Everything runs from the same interface, and everything can still be overridden by hand, from a switch on the wall or a single app covering the whole building, not a different app for every system.

We work alongside your electrician, architects and M&E consultants from the planning stage, integrating the controls into the project from the start.

Homeowner
The Future Homes Standard ends fossil fuel heating in new builds. Heat pumps become the default, and every new home must produce at least 75% less carbon than one built to the 2013 regulations. The country has ground to make up, and buildings that get their heating controls right will make it up fastest.
Required of every new home against the 2013 standards.
How much less efficient the average heat pump ran in the government's trial, against a properly commissioned one. Badly set up, it costs about the same to run as the gas boiler it replaced.
When the standard takes effect for new homes in England.
A heat pump is only as good as its controls. Flow temperatures, weather compensation, zoning and scheduling decide whether it costs pennies or a fortune to run, and they're the part most installs get wrong.
Buildings across much of Europe have run this way for decades, and Loxone was designed for them from day one. We put that thinking into every building we control.
